 I have a 43 year career and experience as a manufacturing and product engineering manager at 3M leading successful product development projects from ideation to commercialization.  My expert knowledge includes phase gate driven NPI process, QFD, HOQ, Design 

for Manufacturing, Statistics/DOE, manufacturing transition/optimization, and statistical customer requirements and acceptance verification.                                                  Over the 43 year career I lead NPI projects that resulted in a total annual New Product sales of > $1B.
